  6. WHY DO SOME ABANDON PAYMENTS?

Daughter from Canada: “Papa while I have your attention at the moment please do you know why some of the transaction on the mount Moriah portal is not processed?”

PRAYERSFIRE MINISTRY: An abandoned payment happens when a user begins to make a payment but doesn’t complete it. In this scenario, the transaction didn’t fail, because it was never begun in the first place. Abandonment can happen for many reasons – here are a few of them.

Common reasons why transactions show as abandoned

    1. WINDOW SHOPPING: Most often, abandoned payments come down to the digital equivalent of “window shopping” – customers sometimes click around the page out of sheer curiosity, to see what the various elements do. Sowers might abandon because they don’t yet feel ready to sow seeds. .

    2. ONE-TIME PASSWORD (OTP): If your bank doesn’t have your current phone number: We’ve found that sometimes some people have trouble receiving their OTP. We’ve also found that in most cases, this is because they did not have their current phone number registered with their bank, so their bank was sending the OTP to an old phone number. You should therefore confirm that your current phone number is registered with your bank. This will ensure that you receive OTP for transaction authorization in your current phone that is registered with your bank.

    3. CARD VERIFICATION FOR GLOBAL TRANSACTION: Visa and MasterCard holders should ensure that their card is properly registered: Customers who use a Visa card should confirm with their bank that their card has been correctly registered with the “Verified by Visa” program. If they have Mastercard, they should confirm that their card is registered for a “MasterCard Secure Code” at their bank. Some banks have automatically done these registrations, while others have not, so it’d be good for them to confirm. Some cards can only withdraw or transfer money locally because their bank did not register such cards for international transactions, so you find out from your bank if your card is authorized for international transactions. Some cards are automatic while others have to be enabled by the issuing bank.

Daughter from Canada: “Please let me know the alternatives”
    .
PRAYERSFIRE MINISTRY: The alternatives are: WorldRemit.com or TransferWise.com

Daughter from Canada: I’ll try Transferwise. Ok Papa. Thank you so much for your time and kind words may our Lord continues to strengthen you. Love to you, mom and the siblings.❤❤❤❤❤
