“I thank God, I came to the US with only 1000 U$ Dollars! God favored me and gave me wisdom. By age 30 I got a new house which I paid off in 7 years! In the US the mortgage is normally 30 years .”

“I did not want to carry debt all these years knowing that the interest was benefiting the bank.”

“The Lord taught me to deny myself “wants” and pay off the mortgage. It’s peaceful to sleep in a house not worrying that the bank will get your home if you lose a job.”

“All in all, I know some people need to borrow but they must make up their minds not to LIVE in that perpetual state of being a borrower”
