6715. LINDELANI WEEK 19 MISSION OUTREACH REPORTS
“Greetings Dad,”
“God is an excellent God who is to be praised forever.”
“We thank God for the service today. It was an awesome time in the presence of the LORD with the brethren. Mrs Mntambo and sister Sbongile led the church with the song of praise”
“Sithembile led the opening prayer today. She then shared a message on repentance. She taught about the dangers of sin in our lives.”
“The first time man was separated from God was in the garden of Eden.”
“When Adam and Eve disobeyed the instruction of God. The Bible teaches us that the wages of sin is death (Rom 6:23) however God did not leave us hopeless rather He demonstrated His love to us by sending Jesus to die for us at the cross (Rom 5:8). As we walk through life we need to remember that it is through the sacrifice of Christ that we have the forgiveness of sins.”
“Sithembile, she shared on praise and worship. She used the example of Paul and Silas who were severely beaten in Philippi and thrown into jail. In the midst of their pain they praised and worshipped God and the foundations of the prison was shaken and the chains were broken. She shared that from the apostles we learn that true worship touches the heart of God.”
“Mrs. Mabuza, shared the word today.”
“She shared on Proverbs 3:5-7, that the Bible instructs us to trust in the LORD with ALL our hearts, not half heartedly or with a portion of our hearts but rather with all of it.”
“We must not lean on our own understanding, therefore our own wisdom, knowledge and resources will surely fail us, therefore we have to lean on the LORD.”
“Trusting in the LORD in every area of our lives allows God is prosper our ways. We must learn to acknowledge God in everything we do irregardless of how small or big it is.”
“We should not be wise in our own eyes because that will lead us to destruction. Rather we should reverently fear the Lord and turn entirely away from sin”
“Mrs. Pearl Mntambo, closed the service with a word of prayer.”
“Today we enjoyed fried rice, chicken drumsticks, potato salad, and steamed vegetables.”
“Ps. 8:1.”
“To God be the glory.”
