Hebrews 12:1:“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us!”

Get rid of the excessive baggage(people in particular) that’s weighing you down spiritually, emotionally, and mentally and watch growth take place in all of those areas, plus others… Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us! Hebrews 12:1

Ha! My God!! I just so happen to go and look up the word “baggage” on my phn and this was one of its definitions and usage…. Things that encumber one’s freedom, progress, development, or adaptability; impediments: intellectual baggage that keeps one from thinking clearly; neurotic conflicts that arise from struggling with too much emotional baggage. GLoRy to GoD! I don’t even need to say anything after that!

Naahhh I aint done yet!! Lol Yall have to excuse me for this one but I just thought back on an old song by I think it was Erica Badu…”Bag Lady” lol I don’t remember exactly how it go but I remember a few snippet’s….Baaag lady, you gone hurt yo back…carrying all them bags like that…then I think it said you gone miss yo bus…cuz u got too much stuff…soooo pack light! Lolll!! But my God!! That will Preach!!! We got some bag ladys and bag men that need to lay down some old baggage(ungodly relationships, associates, habits, addictions, past failures, hurt, depression, etc), so that in ThiS season you’ll be PaCkeD LigHt and you won’t miss the MoVe of GoD from being laden down! Oh and then I don’t know about YoU, but I’m going home on the MoRniNg TrAin! and I don’t plan to miss it due to baggage that can slow me down and have me to arrive at the train station too late! HaLLeLujah!!!
