Introducing Stepping High Prayer & Fasting for singles MFM Gen218 Programme: DAY 1

INTRODUCTION
Stepping High is a 21-day personal prayer, daily devotion and fasting programme designed to seek the face of God for anything that is so important to you this time around. The prayer points assigned for each are faith-boosting, heaven-provoking and testimony-bringing. We therefore encourage you to set your heart apart, devoting yourself to this spiritual retreat. Most importantly, answers to prayers are what must be attained if you must call it a successful spiritual trip, therefore, activate your faith and determine blast your heaven open for a divine attention.

It is also an avenue to prayerfully discipline yourself in case you have a particular habit or character that must leave you. In other words, by the end of these 21 days, we believe God for you to come up with a testimony of change in a specific area of your life.

Praying with violence in order for you to have answers from God in any prayer tournament goes beyond strictly adhering to all spiritual instructions or having determination. It attracts further demands from you than that.

Without any iota of deception, we must let you know that God is highly conditional when it comes to answering people’s prayers; He does not just do it. The Almighty is not bound by any law anywhere to answer anyone’s prayer at all cost, no! Rather, God only looks out for one or two things in the vessels that pray before He is moved.

Just as clearly stated in His word, ‘Behold, the LORD’ hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear’ (Isaiah 59:1-2) God could be arrested by you in such a way that He becomes helpless at doing anything about your prayers or cries, whenever they come to His hearing. Beloved, the bottom-line is that if you are not born-again and you don’t become known by heaven as a child of God, your prayers automatically fall among those that receive no attention from the throne of God. Therefore, if this prayer booklet must work for you and bring a turn-around breakthrough into your life, then you need to give your life to Jesus and confess Him as your personal Lord and saviour. In case you are already born-again but there are some sins still lying in the territory of your heart, then you still fall into the same category. Unless you sincerely repent, God’s ears cannot be attentive to your prayers. If you are ready to meet this indispensable condition, then say this after me:

“Jesus, I have just been once again reminded that it takes a child of God to move the hands of God. Today, I want to become a child of the Almighty, I therefore confess all my known and unknown sins today..(take time to confess your sins to God now)…and I confess you as my personal Lord and saviour. Forgive me, cleanse me and make a new creature. Purge me with that precious blood of Jesus shed in pain for my sake and make me a brand new man, in the mighty name of Jesus. Hence, I declare myself a candidate of heaven and a legitimate child of God who is entitled to His treasures and blessings. So shall it be, in the mighty name of Jesus.”

If you just said this short prayer after me, I congratulate you because you have just made one of the most important decisions in life. I am delighted to welcome you into the household of faith, and I pray that as you begin this journey of prayer into breakthroughs, the God that had never failed before, who will never fail at all, shall answer you by fire, in the name of Jesus.

Now let’s begin, say;

1. In this programme, O Lord, let me receive Your divine mercy and favour, in the name of Jesus.
2. O Lord, make a way for me in this programme, in the name of Jesus.
3. Any power that will attack me as a result this prayer programme, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
4. By Your zeal, O God of performance, carry out Your strange work and Your strange act in my life and surprise me greatly, in the name of Jesus.(Isa 28:21b)
5. God of new beginning, do a new thing in my life, and let every eye see it, in the name of Jesus.

STEPPING HIGH FASTING INSTRUCTIONS
Break your fast by 2:00pm each day; we beseech you to make sure you say some words of prayer before tasting anything.

YOKE BREAKING VIGIL/WEEKEND DELIVERANCE
To round off the Stepping High programme, we shall all meet at Prayer City on day Twenty (20) which is Friday 28th to Sunday 30th June, 2013 for Singles Weekend Deliverance.

The Bible says, ‘I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy’. When you come under the mercy of the Almighty, tarrying in His presence becomes easy and pleasant. His mercy covers up a lot of things for you, in the place of prayer. There is no one that can be justified in the presence of God for righteous doing; it takes His mercy for us to get His attention. We are not worthy, but His mercy is available. May God rain down the pool of His mercy upon you this day, in the name of Jesus.

PRAISE / WORSHIP

DAY 1 PRAYER POINTS (Morning Section):

1. Ancient of days, my Father in heaven, count me worthy to obtain mercy from thee, in the name of Jesus.
2. O Lord, let your Mercy set me free from the havoc I have done against my own destiny, in the name of Jesus.
3. Mercy of God, deliver me from any inherited sin of my father and mother’s house, in the name of Jesus.
4. Mercy of God, prevail over the judgment of sin in my life, in the name of Jesus.
5. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse me from all unrighteousness, in the name of Jesus.
6. I stand upon the mercy of God and I decree that every satanic plantation in my foundation be uprooted, in the name of Jesus.

9. Mercy of God, speak for me before every opposition of my marital and financial breakthrough, in the name of Jesus.

6. Every conscious and unconscious work of unrighteousness, reigning in my life, release me and let me go by the mercies of God, in the name of Jesus.
7. I receive power from on high to live above sin and its consequences, in the name of Jesus.
8. Blood of Jesus, erase all my past mistakes, in the name of Jesus.
9. Let all my past mistakes be converted to miracles by God’s mercy, in the name of Jesus.
10. My God and my Father, have mercy on me, in the mighty name of Jesus.

PRAYERS FOR MARITAL BREAKTHROUGH:

1. Dear God, the author of marriage, open your book of remembrance for me maritally, in the name of Jesus.
2. Let divine operations begin for my marital breakthroughs, in the name of Jesus.
