I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”

Psalms 65:11:“Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness…”

Hebrews 2:7:“Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands”

Revelation 4:10-11:“The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying: Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

1 Peter 5:4:“And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.”

I welcome you to the battle trenches at the closing gates year 2011. This is a season of great faith for people who refuse to give up on the year. You can join us to pray your way to the palace of glory where your crown of glory has been waiting for you.

God has a closing message for you just before you give up on 2011! [adsense] God said this year is not permitted to end until it has vomited your crown of fat testimonies which it has swallowed! The second closing message for you is that: Every end of year carries a harvest of better things than even the beginning! By interpretation therefore, you are not permitted to give up on your crown of 2011, that crown must not be buried with 2011, you must arise with the anger of a person that has been robbed and must rise up to pursue, overtake the thief and recover your stolen crown.

Some things may be overlooked if stolen because they were not important, but if God says there is a crown assigned for every end-of-year, then that is one thing you must not let go. Sit down and look back over the last 11 months and evaluate your life in the light of this scripture, if indeed you have the crown of goodness for this year in your possession. If you have it, then it is time of gratitude and thanksgiving unto God for making you a possessor of that crown this year. However, if you can’t feel or find any crown of His goodness in your life, aaah! then, there is something missing that must be found and recovered before the gate of this year closes.

As a year rolls speedily to and end, our spiritual tradition dictates, we always fervently lay siege at the gate to collect all the good things of our lives which has been programmed by the enemy to be swallowed and buried with the dying year.

Isaiah 55:1-2: “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.”
