Dear all,
I am a Christian woman with two sons living in London. I have been living in my current flat for the last 17 years!. I have been actively trying to move for the last ten years. No matter what I present to my housing association they door is closed, and there comes another excuse. A fatality occured on my door step where my son’s and I saw the dead body this was the last straw and I approached my housing association once more….again many excuses…..and the stone wall that seems to be there remains. I feel so despondent at times. My son’s need their own space and individual rooms, we are told even though we are acutely overcrowded, we are adequately housed. This just does not make sense. We now have rats in the property and again my housing association is giving us trouble to deal with the problem. I have been praying for a breakthrough for many years now.
I would be very grateful if you could add me to your prayer list. I am still Trusting the Lord Jesus for a breakthrough and this is what keeps me perservering…..

@Jools, I’m going through a similar situation as you. I’m sorry that you have been fighting for years. I’m also currently experiencing difficulties at my flat and like you, the council has refused to take any action. As a matter of fact, they are blatantly discriminating against me, but while they do these injustices to me, I know that God’s word in Ps 37 is true. Please read psalm 37 your your comfort. I’m expecting a revelation of the arm of God in my situation in His perfect timing. Keep on keeping on my sister in Christ. I’ll also share with you that I’m claiming the promises God gave me and I believe that it’s only a matter of time before the promise becomes a reality in my life. I pray in the name of Jesus that God’s will be done in your situation. God’s will is perfect for you and if you surrender your situation to his will, all will be well. I really sympathize with you and even though I don’t know exactly what you are going though, I trust that you have made it through this far by the grace of our Father God.

I need prayers for my family. I have been separated from the father of my son for four months now. I allowed the devil to destroy my relationship and marriage (not married either but was planning to). Now I am living with my son who I believe needs his dad so much. Please pray with me that God my restore what (my family) the devil stole from us and heal any wounds that have been made due to this trying times. As you read and study your Bible, the Holy Spirit will be leading you to the verses you need. You need the mentoring of your pastor, but if you have to carry all your burdens to your pastor, can he handle 5000 such cases alone? Jesus said, Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden,I will give you rest, Matthew11:28 Your rest is in Jesus, not in the hand of any man. Please help me prayer for my husband who walked out on me and my two kids. He left a lot of debts behind.
I had just lost my job two months before he left. He won’t help me and kids money wise. He actually wants to take away my house from me by force and he won’t agree for me and him to sit down and talk even through a mediator. I trusted him, i took a loan for him to invest and some money from my credit card: he’s now refused to pay them to. Before he left he went round telling friends some lies about me but God has been good to me coz those friends have stood by me in prayer. Pls pray for him that God may give him wisdom in his decision making; that God may take away his selfishness and self centredness; that God will cause him to give me back my property and money; that God will help us as family and above all we may remain true to God in Faith. Please read blog no.12 above and get the three books recommended there. Marriage is not for pleasure as the world think it to be. MARRIAGE is for helping one another according to the word of God, Genesis2:18. There is nothing you can do about that right now until you are healthy. For your immediate solution, go to your local church for help. They will pray for you and help you in any area they can. As for payment of DEBTS, God can miraculously help you to pay them, He had done it before for that widow in 2Kings4:1-7 Have faith in God, He can do all things.God can also HEAL you, ONLY BELIEVE. I try every thing I consolidate I borrow topay off some debt. The debt keep coming back even greater than before. Please pray for my finance that debt will never come back. Juliet, Now that you know that you are in bondage, your delivearance is near. Debt is the trap of the enemy to keep your hand under and make you look to men and not God for your supply. Thank God that you have raised your child. Purpose not to borrow money from anyone, no matter how much you need the money. When your money gets to your hand, pay your tithe, give offering and give to the needy. Yes, give, Luke6:38. Some prayer books are recommended in no.12 blog above, get them and use them to PRAY. You should also join the 70Days Praying and Fasting program going on now, to tackle “this kind” of affliction. God will help you as you call down His help in prayer. Praise God and may His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In October i was in need of serious prayers. I requested for this prayer on this site as i continued to seek the Lord too. I have a testimony that my husband who had walked out on me and our children is back now in our home and lives. The money and debts he had refused to pay me, he has eventualy agreed to pay. If it was not for prayers: i don’t know where i would be today; if it was not for prayer sites like this one, i don’t know if my family would be together today. Thank God for His servant.
