Pray Your Way into 2011: DAY 5 – “Yet have I set my king on my holy hill of Zion”! (Psalm 2:6)

CONFESSION: Psalm 2:6: – “Yet have I set my king on my holy hill of Zion.”

“Yet have I set my king on my holy hill of Zion”! (Psalm 2:6) – DAY 5: Wednesday, 29th December, 2010

Located in the corner of the mystery scripture of Psalm chapter two is a throne-room of royal power. I discovered this eternal truth almost 17 years ago. Ooh how flattered and humbled was I by this scriptural truth of Chapter 2 of the book of Psalms.

When a child encounters power and that power answers to the beckon of that child… that is indescribable joy. You can become a power merchant when you discover the secret of Fatherhood! There are many in the kingdom of God who did not fully understand that the King is also their Father. (Luke 11:11) – “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead?”… (Psalm 2:8) – “Ask of me, and I will give thee the nations for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.” At times like this, as the year runs to an end, we should also run to our Heavenly Father and begin to make demands according to His will for our lives. That is the purpose of praying our way into 2011.

I wish you will all join me in this divine drama of enthonement (Psalm 2). In that drama, the powerful but No-mighty rulers, enemies of our salvation, promotion and breakthroughs raged and plotted against the ALMIGHTY GOD and us His Children. Then God rose in boiling anger and overthrew rulers of wickedness and set us up in their stead as kings. That is not all, God also decreed our sonship and gave us a blank cheque to write any request up to the uttermost part of the earth for our possession.

This is the divine mystery that establishes throne for men and women in the conflicts of life. I pray that by the end of this prayer session your destiny throne shall be firmly established and you will reign and rule over situations and circumstances of life from now and throughout 2011, in the name of Jesus.

Now go into these ten prayer points for DAY 5. Pray it at midnight, couple it with fasting. Pray it during the day too. God bless you as you read the scriptures, confess the word of God and pray in Jesus’ name.

DAY 5

1. Every power occupying my throne of destiny since this year 2010 began: I UNSEAT and DETHRONE you by Fire, I EXPEL you from my palace of glory!!! in the name of Jesus.
2. Every power occupying my place of honour and glory in year 2010, I FLUSH you OUT BY the FIRE OF THE HOLY GHOST: VACATE MY PLACE of honour and glory by fire!!! in Jesus’ name.
3. Divine rod of iron: Appear and dash every wicked ruler tormenting my life to pieces like a potter’s vessel!!! in the name of Jesus.
4. Congregation of dark counsellors mocking my destiny since 2010 began: Become a mockery now! Its my time to laugh you to scorn! S-C-A-T-T-E-R unto DESOLATION!!! in the name of Jesus.
5. Rage of envious wasters programmed to waste my destiny, you are a LIAR, WASTE YOUR OWNERS!!! in the name of Jesus.
6. By the power of He that sitteth in the heavens, I shall laugh last over my problems this year, in the name of Jesus.
7. My Father, I thank You for giving me a blank cheque of Your divine inheritance, therefore, I ask of You to make me a possessor of the new year 2011 and all the honour and glory preserved for me in 2011!!! in the name of Jesus.
8. Envious judges of the earth, assigned to afflict me with lack and wants this year and in 2011, hear the verdict of the King of kings: DIE with your wicked judgements!!! in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, I put my trust in You. I invoke the power and passion of sonship of You, thunder upon my problems from Your holy hill and establish my dominion over them! in the name of Jesus.
10. My Father, let me serve You afresh with holy fear and trembling throughout this season and 2011 and beyond in Jesus’ name.
