My Name is Jackson Nghiyolwa i just would like you to pray for me because am suffuring from the spirit of founcation that is making me as if am sleepin with a woman that it is not. Hello my name is Maxine. I have been having so many problems with my unit manager Teresa Fritsch-Sitlani. I was transferred to her floor which is the cardiovascular unit September of 2008. My life has been a living hell, this woman refuse to book me enough shifts, as per hospital policy if you are not getting your 78.75 hours on your floor you can float of to another floor and pick up shifts. So what she has been doing is calling the floors that have been giving me shifts and telling them not to book me with out her permission and saying that I have been working over my hours, which is not true. She is trying her hardest to get me fired from my job, she took me to Human Resources to warn me not to work over my hour which did not make any sense to me because I have not been working over my hours plus I am not getting the 78.75 so therefore I am also ways behind on my rent and my monthly bills. Things has gotten so bad that I have to be borrowing money from the pay day loan people, if you borrow $800.00 you have to pay them $160. on what you borrowed. I owe about 3 different pay day loan companies and all I can pay is the interest every 2 weeks. Teresa have emailed me and said we have to go back to human resource for another meeting with my union rep, we went back and this time it was because I took a shift from another unit and I went above her head to her manager and told her the whole situation and what was going on. That’s how I got those shifts approved. All hell broke loose, this was in march 09, she cancelled all my shifts and told me that I am not permitted to work anywhere else in the hospital, I contact my union rep and filed a grievance and nothing come out of it, this woman broke all the policies of the hospital and has gotten away with everything. I have been praying and asking GOD to move her out of the hospital, please help me to pray that GOD would do something or as the spirit leads. Every month I get a letter from my Landlord saying my rent is late, and sometimes it ends up going to the rent tribunal and when it gets there I have to pay $150. on my rent. PLEASE! PLEASE! HELP ME TO PRAY!
